Rachel Holmes
Rachel is one of the UK's most
successful Freestyle Presenters. Owner of the Choreographytogo website - A site
dedicated to freestyle instructors which includes business ideas, PR, community
teaching and has over 300 downloadable choreography videos. Rachel created the
Fitness Pilates Training course and workshops, Instructor Bootcamps, Group X for
Generation Y - Teaching Teens course, she tours the Uk continually with cutting
edge masterclasses, training courses and workshops. She also writes a weekly
Instructor ezine.
Rachel specialises in fun, doable choreography and hard core, non nonsense, results driven, functional body conditioning workouts.
Rachel has been teaching for 22 years and presenting to Instructors for 20. She recently designed the Walking Workouts for Gillian McKeith and hopes to break into Fitness TV Presenting. She lives in Nottingham where she still teaches 15 classes in health clubs, community venues and schools.

Jo Parry
Jo has been in the dance and fitness industry for over 11 years now both presenting and choreographing. Originally born in London Jo has since moved to Leeds to complete a degree at the Metropolitan University where she decided to stay and has been based for the last 11 years. She holds a BSc Degree in Health and Fitness and is Promotions Manager, UK Division for Power Music.
You can find Jo Presenting at all major fitness/dance conventions around the UK and Internationally on a regular basis. She is a Master Trainer for Urban Funk, the Next Generation of Street dance classes and has her own fitness tours for teachers and enthusiasts comprising of Pop Fitness/dance aerobics and The Lady of Latin (Salsa aerobics) plus Street dance.
Jo has presented on over 20 Fitness DVD’s and regular films for online fitness websites ranging from Kids fitness to adults fitness and both consumer and professional choreography down loads. Jo is renowned for her warm and enthusiastic approach and can make the most complex of choreography achievable.
